Returns
Parte di Me creates its collections with the greatest care and attention to details and materials. Only the best materials and designs for Parte di Me. Of course there is always a chance that you are not satisfied with your purchase, or that at the end it does not match your personality or style, in this case you can always return the product.
To all products, a cooling-off period of 30 days is applied, which starts on the day you receive the last product of your order. The process of return must be initiated within this period.
Attention: Especially for Black Friday, we are extending our return period to 60 days. This extended return period applies to orders placed on or after 11 November, so you can order your gifts for the holidays without worrying about the return period.
The product may be returned when:
- the product is undamaged,
- the product is unused,
- the product is complete; with original packaging,
- the period is within 30 days of receipt,
- the defect is not outside the warranty period.
If the product does not meet the above conditions, depreciation may be charged. If the product can no longer be sold, the depreciation can amount to 100%.
If you have received a damaged product, please let us know as soon as possible. Do not wait too long!

Returns from England or other countries:

- Go to https://partedime.returnless.com/en and follow the instructions, and you will receive a return label.
- Use strong packaging to pack the product, make sure that the product is well protected and cannot move freely to avoid damage during the transit.
- Do not forget to include the return form, which you will receive by e-mail. Otherwise, there is a good chance that your return processing will be delayed.
- When you hand in your return, you will receive a proof of shipment. Keep this shipping receipt in a safe place.
Note: the shipping costs of the return shipment are to be covered by the customer. You are also responsible for your return shipment. We therefore recommend insuring your package. Should anything go wrong, please contact support@returnless.com
After receiving the returned product
We will inform you by email within five working days after we've received your return. We need to determine whether the product is in good condition and complete. If this is the case, we will start the return procedure.
If the product has been worn and damaged, we will have to charge you for this. These costs are equal to the selling price of the item that you have paid, or to the amount of the costs that we have to incur for having the item repaired. In this case, we will contact you first before we start your return procedure.
If the product is defective or damaged, we will determine whether this is covered by warranty or not. If the defect can be repaired under warranty, there will be no costs involved for you. In case the defect is not covered under warranty, we will reach out to you.
Handling your return shipment
From the moment you have indicated the will to cancel your purchase, we will refund the purchase amount to you as soon as possible and always within a maximum period of 14 days. We will make the refund with the same payment method that you used to pay the product.
If the product cannot immediately be offered for sale again in the Parte di Me online shop, we will reach out to you. In this case, you may be charged as described earlier.
